OpsSecureHub
Terms of use
These terms govern access to the OpsSecureHub website and platform, offered by SOFT M POWER CANADA. The contract signed with your organization prevails in case of conflict.
1. Purpose of the service
OpsSecureHub is a cybersecurity platform: AI security, vulnerability intelligence, incident detection and management, CCSPA (Bill C-8) readiness and reports. Commercial terms are specified in the contract.
2. Invitation-only access and accounts
Access is granted only by invitation to an approved work email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and enabling two-factor authentication when required, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for systems you are authorized to monitor, not to attempt to bypass customer isolation or access controls, not to test the platform without written authorization, not to transmit malware or unlawful content, and to comply with applicable laws.
4. Customer data
The customer remains the owner of its data. We process it only on the customer’s behalf and according to its instructions, to provide the service, in accordance with the privacy policy. When the contract ends, data is returned or deleted as agreed.
5. Feature evolution
Under the contract, a feature may be deployed progressively. Its scope and activation terms are agreed with the customer; no date commitment applies unless expressly stated in the contract. Features may evolve.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure. No service level commitment is offered outside a signed contract. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt the service.
7. Limited liability
No tool detects every attack. The service helps prioritize and document, without guaranteeing that no incident occurs. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event and excludes indirect damages.
8. C-8 readiness: not legal advice or certification
The CCSPA module helps you prepare for Bill C-8. It is neither legal advice, nor certification, nor a guarantee of legal compliance. As of October 22, 2026, the CCSPA is not in force and no operator categories are designated. Consult your legal advisers.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, its content and its trademarks belong to SOFT M POWER CANADA. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the term of your contract.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate under the terms of the contract. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms or a risk to the security of the platform or other customers.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Quebec have jurisdiction.
