OpsSecureHub
Incident detection: signals, evidence, a decision.
A SIEM for SMBs should reduce noise without hiding facts. OpsSecureHub brings events together, preserves context and presents a deduplicated incident queue.
Connect your existing sources
Endpoint agents, EDR/XDR connectors, Webhook/API and imports feed authenticated ingestion. Source errors and freshness are visible. Each integration is validated against organization permissions and licensing.
Logs and event search
Collected events remain searchable and linked to their context: endpoint, source, first and last seen. Search helps you understand without exporting elsewhere.
An inventory that powers detection
Endpoints, software and versions kept continuously up to date: this inventory enables vulnerability matching and AI tool detection.
A knowledge base before the explanation
Event references, CWE, MITRE ATT&CK techniques and playbooks support deterministic assessments. The verdict, evidence and mandatory actions are visible before requesting AI.
Correlate and deduplicate
Occurrences of the same cause link to an open incident with first and last seen, occurrence counts and a timeline. Review one coherent case rather than repeated alerts.
Automatic closure, clearly labelled
When the cause disappears from received data, the engine closes the incident and labels it automatically resolved. A stale source does not prove an endpoint was fixed.
Understand in executive or technical language
AI restates verified facts and actions. Sources are filtered; a contradiction may lead to correction and then a no-AI fallback. Limits are displayed and human decisions remain necessary.
Approved response actions
Respond to an incident with an approved action: isolate an endpoint, revoke sessions or disable an account. The request, approvals and result stay linked to the incident and audit log. Alternates and delegations support continuity.
Your ITIL ticketing, connected to the incident
Autotask, ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, ServiceNow and Jira Service Management: impact × urgency priority (P1–P4), SLA deadlines, assignment groups and status synchronization in both directions. Teams, RACI, on-call coverage and escalation connect ownership to action.
Notifications
Six triggers: critical or exploited vulnerability, high-severity incident, sensitive data sent to AI, source outage, pending approval and a 72-hour Bill C-8 deadline. One email per grouped incident, severity thresholds, quiet hours, on-call and escalation. Weekly and monthly reports in executive and technical versions; monthly notices wait for a ready dossier. External recipients confirm consent and can unsubscribe.
On-call and escalation, connected to ownership
Teams, RACI, on-call staff, alternates and escalation chains identify recipients. Deadlines and unacknowledged incidents can trigger escalation through the same alert queue.
