    Autotask, ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, ServiceNow and Jira Service Management: impact × urgency priority (P1–P4), SLA deadlines, assignment groups and status synchronization in both directions. Teams, RACI, on-call coverage and escalation connect ownership to action.

    Six triggers: critical or exploited vulnerability, high-severity incident, sensitive data sent to AI, source outage, pending approval and a 72-hour Bill C-8 deadline. One email per grouped incident, severity thresholds, quiet hours, on-call and escalation. Weekly and monthly reports in executive and technical versions; monthly notices wait for a ready dossier. External recipients confirm consent and can unsubscribe.
